Assessment on Drilling Load for Riserless Drilling Technique

海洋无隔水管钻井模式下钻井载荷分析

Abstract:

For deep water drilling, the amount of the drilling load impedes the further improvement of drilling depth, the riserless drilling technology may be the key to open the door. Compared with conventional riser drilling method for calculating the drilling load, the drilling load calculation method for riserless drilling technology has carried on the preliminary discussion, and in view of the rig equipped with riserless drilling technique, the hook load and variable load values have been calculated. The calculation results show that the variable load is obviously reduced after the drilling platform has been equipped with riserless drilling technology, and the advantage of the drilling technology is more obvious as the depth of the operation is deeper. Research results show that with the increasing exploration depth, after the rig is equipped with riserless drilling technology can minimize the hull size, reduce drilling costs, after the old platform is equipped with no riser drilling technology, it can be applied in the deep-water drilling to save construction cost.

摘要: 对于深水钻探,钻井载荷的大小阻碍钻探深度的进一步提高,那么无隔水管钻井技术可能就是打开这扇门的钥匙。对比常规隔水管钻井载荷分析计算方法,对无隔水管钻井载荷进行了探讨,并且针对钻井平台配备无隔水管钻井技术,计算其大钩载荷与钻井可变载荷值。计算结果表明,钻井平台配备无隔水管钻井技术后,可变载荷明显减小,随着作业水深越深,无隔水管钻井技术优势愈加明显。研究结果表明,随着勘探作业水深的不断增加,深水钻探船配备无隔水管钻井技术后可以最大程度上减小船体规模,降低钻探成本,旧平台配备无隔水管钻井技术后,可以在深水钻探中得到应用,节约建设成本。
